Paramount has expanded from its South Wales origins to set new standards across the UK in creating places that are not only practical, but also inspire people and enhance well-being. They wanted to be able to effectively and consistently communicate this difference.

Through a combination of desk research, individual tasks and group workshopping, we worked with the senior leadership team to understand what it was that made Paramount different. From this we developed a core brand narrative which communicated the brand difference and acted as a platform from which a new brand identity, website and key communications could be developed.  

We then worked alongside the Paramount team to roll this new branding out and establish a communications plan to support growth, including the launch of their new Bristol office. 

We continue to support them both in defining their marketing strategy as well as tactical content and copy development.

The results

Feedback on the new positioning and branding has been overwhelmingly positive and the launch of the new Bristol Office a huge success, further cementing the brand as a leading contender in their market.
